ARTICLE III

Common Areas

Section 3.1.  General
Common areas shall initially consist of Tracts B and C of the plat of Sky Island, an easement on Lot 1 of the plat of Sky Island, and Tracts A, B and D of the plat of Sky Island Division One. Additional common areas may be created by the Developer. All common areas and improvements shall be owned by the Association.

Section 3.2.  Improvements
The Developer shall construct a park on Tract A of the plat of Sky Island Division One; a gravel emergency access right of way on Tract B of the plat of Sky Island Division One; and, a fence and landscaping on Tract D of the plat of Sky Island Division One. Additional common area improvements may be constructed and installed by the Developer.
