The area is full of rocks and holes and could be dangerous. A lock will be placed on the gate going into Tract E, located at the end of 182nd Street. The lock has since been broken and the gate vandalized. We will replace the latch bolt on the gate and also place a sign on the gate to inform people that the lock was placed by the Homeowners Association Board Of Directors and that they must contact the Board Of Directors to gain entrance. Street Parking...Street parking - parking of resident's vehicles in the street or on the sidewalk is prohibited by the CC&Rs. The City of Bonney Lake and the Police Department will tell you that the streets are public and you may park there, but they are unaware of the contractual commitment each resident is bound by in the CC&Rs. Parking in the street is not a city infraction, but a violation of the Homeowner's Association Restrictions. Guests are allowed to park temporarily in the street, but are reminded to obey city laws for parking to avoid tickets as the police occasionally patrol the subdivision. |
